Musical Theatre Summer School

I'm Drew Anthony and I am an Award-winning Australian musical theatre producer/director/choreographer.  I have just finished hosting a Musical Theatre Summer School here in Perth and have decided to do it all again next year from January 5 -9, 2026!!

For 5 inspiring days Performers aged 11+ have the chance to immerse in:

• Broadway Jazz
• Audition Technique
• Video Lectures
• Monologuing and Script Work
• Musical Theatre History
• Q&A  

...all culminating in a free in-venue informal performance for family.  I will be teaching a lot of the content along with some leading industry-professionals that I will be handpicking to assist me.

My daughter took part in Drew’s Musical Theatre Summer 2025 School for a week and loved it so much that she is looking forward to doing it again next year! I was impressed with the high level of professionalism, care and attention given to the kids learning, and the wonderful organization and communication from Drew. The end of week showcase of the kids was really well done - a wide range of singing, dancing (tap and jazz), acting, and a display of musical theatre knowledge. I really enjoyed seeing that each and every child had multiple opportunities to shine on stage and share the stage with each other. It’s inspired me to go watch his professional upcoming productions!
